Combination switch installation should pay attention to

To install the combination switch, you should pay attention to the following aspects:

(1) It should be installed in the control box (or housing), and its operating handle should preferably protrude from the front or side of the control box, so that the handle should be disconnected when it is in the horizontal position.

(2) If it is necessary to operate in the box, the switch should be installed in the upper right of the box. It is best not to install other electrical appliances directly above it, otherwise isolation or insulation measures should be taken.

(3) Due to the certain requirements of the disassembly and assembly switch, the movable contact and the fixed contact should be kept in the correct position when assembling, and the laminated connection should be tight.

(4) For the combination switch for repair and installation, 10 on-off tests shall be carried out to confirm that there is no abnormality before it can be put into use. If the test fails, the combination switch can be disassembled to reinstall or repair it.
