Conception: Replace the LED lighting at the right place, saving 30%-40%
The existing lighting power consumption is too high, and it is necessary to introduce a new type of green lighting source, and many people have thought of LEDs.
LEDs were originally a kind of semiconductor material. Since this material can also emit light, it has been introduced into the field of illumination by scientists in recent years.
What are the advantages of LED? Han Mingqing gave us a simple example. At present, there are many kinds of street lamps and landscape lamps in Hangzhou. There are high-pressure sodium lamps, metal halide lamps, energy-saving lamps, etc. If they are partially replaced with LED lighting at a suitable location, Han Mingqing said that it can save 30%-40%.
Worry: theoretical green lighting is on the horizon
Due to advances in science and technology, the efficacy of LED lighting has a significant potential for improvement. This is becoming a hot spot of global concern. In some laboratories in the United States, Japan, and Germany, many scientists are studying this new light source and strive to use the country. The lighting is saved on electricity.
However, Han Mingqing said that in theory, high-efficiency LEDs will become a new type of green, energy-saving and environmentally friendly products to replace traditional light sources. But for LEDs, this goal is still working hard, so saying that "potential" does not mean becoming a reality, and definitely can't be rushed.
At present, the domestic LED lighting products market is still mixed, many products known as high-efficiency products, in fact, the technical content is not up to standard, poor heat dissipation, resulting in a short life of street lamps. Last year, a road in a county was rebuilt, and LED street lights were selected. The results were less than half a year, and all were broken. The service life of general street lamps was around two or three years, which undoubtedly caused a waste. Therefore, the LED street lights in Hangzhou are still in the trial stage, far from the time of large-scale promotion.
Prospects Hangzhou Green Lighting will have a five-year plan
In fact, the promotion of lighting energy saving is not limited to the selection of an energy-saving street lamp. At the source, we should choose good energy-saving products, and we must strengthen our management. We must have planning and design, and we must have experts to fully demonstrate. Han Mingqing said that Hangzhou is at the forefront of similar cities in the country. In 2004, Hangzhou issued the first overall plan for night lighting in the country. This year, Hangzhou is preparing the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†for green lighting in Hangzhou, which will be the first city-level green lighting plan in the country.
Under the deployment of this green lighting plan, from this year on, Hangzhou will use streetlights as an entry point to gradually phase out power-consuming products, select high-efficiency, low-energy lighting equipment, and make great efforts in the rectification of light pollution.
