3. Bidder qualification requirements:

(2) Grade A qualification for building intelligent engineering professional certification issued by the Ministry of Construction and Class A qualification for professional integration of building intelligent system;
(3) With a registered capital of more than 10 million yuan;
(4) Have a safe production license within the validity period;
(5) At least two projects of similar systems in the past three years;
(6) The certificate of authorization of the equipment manufacturer or general agent for the bidding (if the equipment manufacturer or the general agent directly participates in the bidding, this certificate is not required);
