New RTX relay

RTX is a specially developed relay that meets the IEC60669-1 standard. It is characterized by high inrush current resistance and breaking capacity up to 16A/250VAC. This switching capability is required in lighting controls, home automation systems and similar applications.

This 1formA(NO) relay uses an innovative double-contact system to achieve the impact function. Its design includes a TE "trigger" spring and tungsten pre-contact set, which can switch up to 320A (peak) inrush current. The transfer and disconnection of the load is performed using the silver tin oxide contacts of the relay.

RTX is an extension of the RT Shock Relay series with a newly designed bistable coil system. Both single-coil and dual-coil models have high levels of energy efficiency. The relay's driver design has a built-in contact opening feature that helps open up possible micro welds, extending relay life.

RTX's dimensions are 29.1x12.7x16mm, which is only about half the size of existing traditional solution products on the market, and has the advantage of space saving. Like all other RT impact relays, RTX is produced in Waidhofen, Austria. It passed VDE certification, UL certification, and achieved RoHS standards.
