3. Bidder qualification requirements

(1) The enterprise legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China has a registered capital of not less than 1 million yuan and holds a valid business license, organization code certificate, and tax registration certificate. The industrial and commercial administrative authorities were not included in the list of serious illegal enterprises in the credit information disclosure system of market entities.

(2) The business scope of the bidder must include the vehicle repair business, and the performance of similar projects for the last three years (January 1, 2013 to present) shall not be less than three.

(3) In the past three years, there were no safety production accidents, no quality accidents, no contract suspensions, disputes, disputes, arbitrations, and litigation records due to breach of contract or inappropriate performance by bidders; good bank credit and business reputation were not in place. Ordered to suspend operations, reorganization of assets or bankruptcy, property was not taken over, frozen, and the financial status was good.

(4) The projects undertaken by Shenhua Group's subsidiaries in the past three years did not suffer from the problem of wages owed to migrant workers and there was no record of poor performance.
