6. Progress of the project: The material procurement project has fulfilled the relevant approval and filing procedures as required. The funds have been implemented and the tendering conditions are met. The Tuha Oilfield Branch now conducts open bidding.

III. Bidder qualification requirements

1. In the last three years, there has been no fraudulent bid, serious breach of contract, or major quality problems; 2. Registered capital of 5 million yuan or more; 3. The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
