1 Introduction Established in 1993, Shanghai Tobacco (Group) Co., Ltd. is a diversified, intensive and modernized large-scale enterprise group mainly engaged in cigarette manufacturing. The famous Chinese cigarettes such as “Chinaâ€, “Pandaâ€, “DHSâ€, “Peony†and “Zhongnanhai†are sold in the market. In order to adapt to the market development, the “China Line†project with an annual production capacity of 50 billion yuan will be built in Yangpu District, Shanghai. . The “China Line†project includes: China Production Workshop (Building 402) with a building area of 81719.8m2, an area of 23122.8m2, three main floors and a building height of 32.00m; Zhonghua Auxiliary Workshop (Building No. 405), Construction The area is 39128m2, the area is 9901m2, and the building height is 23.80m. Lighting is an important part of architectural design. The “China Line†project has very high requirements for lighting design. It not only requires good visual conditions for people's production, work and study, but also considers management intelligence and operation simplification and flexibility to adapt to future lighting layout and control methods. The requirements for change, and the need to make full use of and save energy. The “China Line†project is mainly for the production plant and office space. The lighting requirements are mainly reflected in the production and office comfort, which facilitates the lighting management of the entire plant and office area and the humanized operation of the staff. It is possible to reduce the energy consumption of the lighting. The intelligent lighting control system can fully meet the above requirements. 2 "China Line" lighting control needs analysis China Production Workshop (Building 402) and Zhonghua Auxiliary Workshop (Building 405) include various functional areas such as production, storage, office and public areas. First of all, the natural light of different functional areas is different. For example, the natural light is not used in the production and storage areas, and the natural light is not used to achieve the required illumination. The natural light in the office and public areas is relatively sufficient. When the sunshine is strong, the natural light can satisfy the The required illumination of the area. Secondly, different functional areas have different lighting control requirements due to different nature of use. For example, the production area has large space and many lighting circuits. In the control, the main consideration is to facilitate centralized management of the area, and the public areas need to fully reflect the requirements of energy conservation, and storage. Small areas are mainly based on on-site control. In addition, it is necessary to consider the different needs of lighting for different periods such as holidays and commuting. In order to facilitate the automatic alarm and other systems in other situations, in special circumstances, the need for lighting, the system needs to be able to easily link with other systems. 3 Implementation of “China Line†lighting control The "China Line" intelligent lighting control system is a bus-type control system with a modular structure. Each area is further divided into several branches according to factors such as the number of devices and distance. The two buildings are connected by fiber optics. It has the characteristics of strong flexibility, easy expansion, relatively independent control and relatively low cost. The "China Line" intelligent lighting control system is a digital lighting management system, which consists of a system unit, an input unit and an output unit. In addition to the power supply unit, each unit is set with a unique unit address, and its function is set by software, and each lighting circuit is controlled by the output unit. The system adopts the centralized control and management, decentralized execution mode, that is, the central monitoring center and the intelligent control lighting cabinet are configured. The former has a control computer, a main communication controller and the like, and is used for controlling and managing the entire system through the bus. The control command is communicated with the programmable controller of each intelligent control lighting cabinet, and the automatic and manual working state, the lighting on/off state, etc. of the programmable controller from the intelligent control lighting cabinet are received, and in an abnormal situation Take action. The topology diagram of the "China Line" intelligent lighting control system is shown in Figure 1. Figure 1 "China Line" intelligent lighting control system topology The intelligent lighting control system meets the lighting control needs of the “China Line†in the following ways: 3.1 central control software It is used for remote centralized monitoring and control of the entire lighting control area (China Production Workshop, Zhonghua Auxiliary Workshop). The central control software views and operates the devices in the intelligent lighting control system by browsing the webpage. The software operates with a standard graphical interface and can be inserted into BMP graphics (such as photos or floor plans in the wire shop) to make control easier and more intuitive. The main functions of the central control software are as follows: Figure 2 "China Line" central control interface Figure 3 China Production Workshop (402) main control interface Figure 4 Production auxiliary room lighting control interface in China Production Workshop (402) 3.2 Field Control The on-site intelligent control panel switch and central control touch screen can customize the control function according to the site conditions to meet the needs of on-site control. Intelligent control panel switches are installed at the corresponding entrances and exits in each area so that the staff can operate the lights on site. The control function of the intelligent control panel switch can be customized. It can control the single loop, combined loop, scene, delay and so on for the illumination of this area or other areas that need to be controlled. The central control touch screen is installed in the large production area such as the wrapping workshop and the silk making workshop to facilitate various control needs in these areas.
