Check before the inverter is energized

After the inverter is installed and wired, the following checks should be performed before powering on.

1. Appearance and structure inspection

This includes checking whether the inverter model is wrong, whether the installation environment is faulty, whether the device is disconnected or damaged, whether the Cable diameter and type are suitable, whether the electrical connection is loose, whether the wiring is faulty, and whether the grounding is reliable.

2. Insulation resistance check

When measuring the insulation resistance of the main circuit of the inverter, all input terminals (R, S, T) and output terminals (U, V, W) must be connected, and the insulation resistance should be measured with a 500V megger. The value should be 10MΩ. the above. The insulation resistance of the control circuit is measured by the high-impedance measurement of the multimeter. It cannot be measured with a megohmmeter or other instrument with high voltage.

3. Power supply voltage check

Check that the main circuit supply voltage is within the allowable supply voltage value.
