After the meeting, it will be converted into a standard exhibition venue, which can hold various professional exhibitions with a total construction area of ​​about 129000 m2. Among them, the ground is 80,000 m2, the underground is 4,900 m2, and the building height is about 24 m.

1. 1 Large Space Overview There are 3 large space exhibition halls in the theme pavilion, namely the west side exhibition hall, the east side exhibition hall and the underground exhibition hall. The exhibition halls are designed according to the comprehensive venues. The height of the exhibition hall on the west side is 24m, and the area is 126m! 180m. The lamps can only be installed on the east-west string truss. The distance between the string truss is 18m and the height of the bottom is 23. 3m. The east side exhibition hall is illuminated according to the requirements of the World Expo. Design (two-story exhibition hall), each floor is 12 m in height, with an area of ​​90 m ! 180 m. The lighting of one floor exhibition hall can be installed along the 18 m ! 18 m well-shaped steel beam. The second-floor lamps can only be installed in the east-west direction. On the string truss, the spacing of the string trusses is 18 m; the height of the underground exhibition hall is 9 m, and the area is 90 m! 126 m. There are no special requirements for the installation position of the lamps.

1. 2 Hall lighting design The goal of the hall lighting design is as follows:
(1) Large-area global illumination, not for specific display targets.
(2) Create a soft, natural light environment.
(3) Meet the basic visual identification requirements of visitors in this space.
(4) Reduce lighting power consumption as much as possible without degrading the quality of the lighting.

According to the requirements of the design standards (electrical specials) of temporary buildings and structures of the Expo, the standard illuminance of the high-grade exhibition hall is 300 lx, and the standard illuminance of the general exhibition hall is 200 lx. The exhibition hall on the ground in the project is designed according to the high-grade exhibition hall, and the underground exhibition hall is designed according to the ordinary exhibition hall. The color rendering index of the exhibition hall with a height of more than 6 m is not less than 60. The lighting color of the exhibition hall is white, and the color temperature is about 4 000 K. It can not only express the original color of the exhibits, but also avoid the sense of coldness and openness in the large space, so that visitors can concentrate on the relatively natural environment. 1. 3 Lighting mode selection Because the exhibition hall is a comprehensive exhibition hall, it needs to adapt to various types of display needs in the future. Therefore, the lighting of the exhibition hall only considers general lighting, local lighting and mixed lighting. According to the characteristics and art of the exhibits during the specific exhibition. Lighting design is required.

1. 4 Light source and lamp selection Select the point source to consider the following requirements:
(1) Requirements for use, such as required illumination, color rendering, color temperature, glare limit, etc.
(2) Environmental requirements, such as voltage fluctuations, site temperature, maintenance difficulty, etc.
(3) One-time investment and operating expenses requirements.

The technical indicators of various electric light sources are classified and compared, as shown in Table 1.
According to the data in Table 1, the incandescent lamp and tungsten halogen have low light efficiency and are not suitable for large-area use. The applicable height of fluorescent lamps is generally less than 5 m, and the color rendering index of fluorescent high-pressure mercury lamps and high-pressure sodium lamps cannot meet the requirements; , One-time investment is large, and the price/performance ratio is not high. Only the metal halide lamp can fully meet the requirements of the lighting of the exhibition hall of the project. As for the choice of light source power, it is generally possible to select high-power lamps under the condition of satisfying the glare limit. This can effectively reduce the number of installations of lamps, save investment, and reduce the cost of operation and maintenance, but it will lead to a reduction in illumination uniformity. This requires the selection of a suitable light distribution curve, the use of professional lighting design software, optimization of the lighting layout, to control the illumination uniformity within an acceptable range. The luminaires are either direct or semi-direct luminaires to increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

Based on the above design principles, the project identified the following lighting design options:

(1) West Hall lighting installation height is 21 m, using 1 000W metal halide lamp, color temperature 4 000 K, color rendering index 70, luminous flux 120 000 lm, using glass prism reflector lamp, the lamp is easy to open top and bottom Air circulation, heat dissipation and self-cleaning reduce maintenance times. The illuminance ratio is 67.1%, and the upward light-to-light ratio is 67. 4%. The vertical translucent prism provides vertical illumination, balances the illumination distribution, and enhances visual comfort.

(2) The installation height of the first floor and the second floor of the East Exhibition Hall is 11m. Since the uniform glare limit cannot exceed 22, the 1 000W metal halide lamp cannot be selected, so the 400W metal halide lamp is used. The actual color temperature of the light source is 3 800 K, the color rendering index is 70, and the luminous flux is 42 500 lm. The luminaire adopts a wide beam and bright aluminum reflector, which can meet the requirements of the contrast and glare limit during the Expo and after the World Expo. The glazed glass cover adds scatter, reduces surface brightness, effectively limits glare and increases vertical illuminance in the space, increasing ambient brightness.

(3) The height of the underground exhibition hall is 9m. Considering the installation requirements of ducts and water pipes, the height of the lamps can be installed is 6 m. Therefore, 150W metal halide lamps are selected as the illumination source. The light source has a color temperature of 4 200 K, a color rendering index of 85, and a luminous flux of 12 000 lm.

(4) The power factor of the lamp is equal to 0.9 or more.

(5) In order to meet the needs of high-rise building space emergency lighting, some metal halide lamps adopt double lamp heads, and a 150W tungsten halogen lamp is used as emergency light source. It is powered by EPS emergency power supply. Intelligent lighting control system and fire protection system can simultaneously carry out control.

(6) Considering that the lighting of the exhibition hall is the secondary load, combined with the ATS switching time and the restart time of the metal halide lamp, the lighting of the exhibition hall adopts the cross-power supply mode to avoid the normal working illumination of the large-area exhibition hall due to the power failure.

1. 5 Fixture Arrangement and Lighting Calculation After the lamp type and specification are selected, it is also necessary to compare the layout of the lamps to obtain a better lighting effect. For large space exhibition halls, the uniform layout or group arrangement is generally adopted. The choice of layout and the determination of the spacing of the lamps need not only consider the characteristics of the lamps themselves, but also consider various external factors, such as architectural style and building materials. The reflection coefficient, the arrangement of structural members for mounting the luminaire, the load capacity of the structural members, and the like. In the engineering design, it is necessary to closely cooperate with the architecture, structure, water supply and drainage and HVAC professional, and finally get a plan for the implementation of the lighting.

During the design process, the design institute and related professional cooperation units used D IALux lighting design software for lighting design, and built a model to simulate a variety of lighting methods. Table 2 shows the calculation results of some of the lighting methods (maintenance coefficient is 0.7, the reflection coefficient of ceiling, wall and floor is 70%, 30%, 20% respectively).

According to the calculation result data of Table 2, the construction drawing design adopts the following methods: The west exhibition hall is divided into two groups according to the double lamp group mode, the east exhibition hall according to the four lamp group group mode, and the underground exhibition hall according to the uniform cloth type lamp mode. After the owner's public bidding, the two units won the bid, one of the American companies won the bid for the West Exhibition Hall, and one European company won the bid for the East Exhibition Hall and the Underground Exhibition Hall. The two winning units have carried out lighting deepening design according to their luminaire characteristics and provided lighting calculation books. The main results of the calculation book are shown in Table 3.
