LED lamps are widely used in automotive electronics, indoor and outdoor decoration, advertising design and other industries due to their long life, high efficiency, bright colors and fast lighting speed. The rapidly expanding market demand has led to the booming of the entire LED industry chain, and the technical threshold for the production of LED lights has been gradually reduced. A large number of small and medium-sized enterprises have sprung up, and various products have begun to flood the market. After the initial explosive growth, the competition among enterprises has changed from “quantity†to “qualityâ€. The important part of measurement and testing has begun to be valued by many manufacturers. So, what kind of convenience can RIGOL provide to users in this field? Research institutes such as universities, research institutes, and enterprise laboratories related to LEDs often need to study the luminescent properties of LEDs. In the field of LED power supply testing, because there are not many high-frequency devices in itself, engineers often pay more attention to conduction testing. In these applications, remote control and dimming are two extremely important peripheral application circuits. Here we introduce the dimming section first. The dimming of the LED generally controls the brightness and darkness of the plurality of LED lamp beads by controlling the rate of change and the manner of change of the PWM signal, thereby forming a dynamic picture change effect. Most of these customers do not currently test this, but as the customer's requirements increase and the screen is finely controlled, the control signal needs to be tested. The main technical requirements in this test are: · multi-channel. Due to a pair of advertisements, one picture is composed of many LEDs. Therefore, multiple tests are required at the same time to observe the timing and change mode of each drive signal. · Record for a long time. In the design of advertisements, a picture or text change process often lasts for more than 10 seconds. Therefore, in order to record the whole change process, the test instrument needs to have the ability to record accurate waveforms for a long time. Reflecting on the instrument parameters, the instrument needs to have deep storage function. Based on the above requirements, MSO4K series oscilloscopes have become the first choice of engineers.
