If you look at the technical specifications and concepts alone, Micro LED is undoubtedly the most promising display technology in the next few years, but there are still several bottlenecks to be broken, and one of the most important challenges is how to introduce mass production. Reduce the cost of manufacturing, and people call this part "mega transfer." Mass Transfer is an academic term that is often used in the engineering of material handling processes involving the diffusion and convection of chemicals within physical systems. More specifically, massive transfer is a description of a chemical or physical mechanism. It is a transport phenomenon that means that a large number of points (molecules or particles) move from one end to the other. It can be a single stage, or multiple stages, and involves a liquid or gas phase, and sometimes it can also occur in solid materials. A classic massive transfer process is the "evaporation" of a liquid. Through evaporation, it is still enough to move a large number of particles to another substance. Similarly, diffusion is also true. When used in the production of Micro LEDs, how to make micron-sized LED particles move correctly and evenly onto the circuit board is a major production challenge, and its yield and cost still need to be broken. At present, several manufacturers have announced their initial success in small-size panels, including Taiwan's Yuchuang Technology, Jingdian, Japan's Sony, and South Korea's Samsung, but the market is still concerned about who can be medium-sized or even large panels. The production technology is the first to break through. At this year's CES 2018 show, Samsung showed the 146-inch Micro LED TV "The Wall", which uses modular splicing to achieve a large-sized panel effect. Digital Resistive Touch Membrane Switch

This touch switch is sometimes referred to as the X-Y matrix touch switch. Digital resistive touch switch are as easy to interface with a controller as a conventional matrix keyboard and popular when finger-sized touch zones are required.
To produce digital resistive touch switch, the ITO coating is etched away (or selectively applied) to form rows on one layer and columns on the opposite layer (Figure 1). When assembled, the rows and columns form a matrix of switches. The location of each switch is permanent, and the size cannot change. The resolution of the touch switch depends solely on the number of rows and columns.
