Fujian raises hydropower prices

On March 20th, the Fujian Provincial Price Bureau's “Notice on Adjusting the On-grid Electricity Price of Hydroelectric Power” (Chongqing Price Merchant [2012] No. 85) decided to adjust the on-grid tariffs of hydropower companies on the provincial grid.

The on-grid tariff of the Shangshanghai hydropower station, which was priced by the Fujian Provincial Price Bureau, increased by 2.1 cents per kilowatt-hour; the hydro-electricity benchmarking on-grid tariff in Fujian Province increased by 2.1 cents per kilowatt-hour, and other regulations were still in accordance with the Fujian Provincial Price Bureau for further standardization. Hydroelectricity on-grid tariff management notice." The above price adjustments will be implemented from the date of copying of electricity in March 2012.
