Ganjiang Shuikou Power Station successfully dispatched the first flood this year

From the 1st to the 3rd, the upper reaches of the upper reaches of the Minjiang hydroelectric power station in the south of the Lancang River generally fell to heavy rain in the south, and the Lancang River ushered in the first flood since entering this year.

The flood peak flow rate of floods entering the reservoir was 6860 cubic meters per second. During the flood dispatching process, the hydrological dispatchers at Shuikou hydropower station paid close attention to the progress of the rainwater regime in the river basin, carefully measured and closely contacted the Provincial Water Transfer Center, and actively applied for full-load operation of the unit. The pre-Teng Reservoir water level, as well as the navigation lock open day and night, successfully dispatched the first flood this year.

The total amount of flood water inflow was stored at the Shuikou hydropower station reservoir. The added water volume was as high as 330 million cubic meters, which could increase electricity generation by 44 million kilowatt-hours.
