These seven standards cover all aspects of the solar photovoltaic industry and have achieved "three unifications", namely the unification of the terminology of solar-related products, the unification of the quality requirements of fair trade in related products, and the unification of test items and methods for technical indicators. . Among the 7 standards, the two standards “Photovoltaic Devices Part 10: Linear Measurement Methods†are directly equivalent to adopting international standards, and some of the indicators not only exceed the requirements of international standards, but also are at the leading domestic level, such as “single crystal for solar cellsâ€. The silicon wafer thickness specified in the standard for silicon wafer inspection is from 140 micrometers to 200 micrometers, which is much higher than the 400 micrometers requirements set by international standards.
