MAX11166 Industry's Smallest 16-Bit ADC Supports ±5V Bipolar Inputs

The MAX11166/MAX11167 16-bit, 500ksps/250ksps SAR ADCs provide excellent AC and DC performance, true bipolar input range, and small size.

The MAX11166/MAX11167 measure a ±5V input voltage range (10V PP) while operating from a single 5V supply. The patented charge pump architecture allows direct sampling of high impedance sources. The MAX11166/MAX11167 integrate an optional 5PPM/°C reference internal buffer with an external reference, which saves cost and space.
