In order to encourage investment, the support incentives stipulate that newly-built or existing enterprises in the region will increase investment and transform into production enterprises engaged in the green lighting industry. After they are put into production, they will award one-off rewards to the 30 identified companies. If the actual increase in investment in fixed assets exceeds 50 million yuan, it will be awarded 2 million yuan. 20 million yuan - 50 million yuan, reward 1 million yuan. 5 million yuan - 20 million yuan, reward 500,000 yuan.

In order to promote the development of industrial clusters, new green lighting companies have been stationed in the core platform of the new light source industrial base in Guangdong Province and the relevant platform carriers for the Guangdong urban industrial base. The top 100 companies that have been identified are classified according to their leased The standard of 5 yuan/month, 3 yuan/month, and 2 yuan/month (the ceiling of each enterprise's subsidy does not exceed 5,000 square meters) grants enterprises rental subsidies.

Semiconductor lighting products, after being identified as semiconductor lighting demonstration projects, after the completion of the project, the energy efficiency of certification by third-party authoritative organizations reached more than 55%, and district and township finances have been given applications in accordance with the total project cost of LED lighting products after verification. The unit has a 10% subsidy, and the maximum subsidy for a single project does not exceed 500,000 yuan.

In addition, the Nanhai District Science and Technology Bureau also arranges special funds each year for holding semiconductor lighting fixtures and lighting industry design contests, and encourages local industrial design companies to provide product design services for relevant companies in the region. Each year, it is determined to upgrade local green lighting products. Industrial design companies that make greater contributions to the design are given a one-time award of 100,000 yuan.
