CERAMOS mirror LEDs are manufactured using OSRAM's patented ThinGaN(R) LED technology with an optical efficiency of 70 lm/W at 80 mA. CERAMOS has a lifetime of up to 50,000h, and SMD ceramic packaging technology gives it excellent performance at temperatures up to 150°C and is compatible with standard surface mount processes.
The CERAMOS Mirror LED package is slim, compact and measures only 2.3x3.2x0.8mm, making it easy to integrate into small display designs. Its elliptical external coupling window allows it to be used in very thin light guides.
