At the latest in October 2011, the advertising business of 8,000 vehicles can be implemented (the total number of taxis in Jinan is 8,000).
Six, bidder qualification requirements:
6.1 An independent enterprise legal person in the People's Republic of China with independent capacity to undertake civil liability and a registered capital of not less than RMB 500,000;
6.2 Have the ability to advertise business licenses and operate advertising business issued by the business administration department, and have more than three years of experience;
6.3 History of litigation cases without violation of the Advertising Law;
6.4 This project allows the parent company to act as a bidder;
6.5 This project does not accept the quotation of the consortium.
